Portfolio Models
Providing Portfolio Diversification (D-Score) Models based on the Binomial Expansion Technique (BET) to accurately estimate the Expected Loss Given Default(s) for a portfolio or structured note. The models provide a default probability of a hypothetical portfolio of uncorrelated assets, representing an abstract of the original portfolio.
Synthetic Credit Rating Models
Providing Synthetic Credit Rating Models used to formulate shadow ratings for unrated and/or stale rated entities. These models generate accurate private credit ratings for both individual credits and portfolios. This methodology is based upon the established ratio analysis used by the rating agencies, to create a foundation for the overall rating process.
Loan Covenant Review Models
Providing Financial Covenant Review Models used to monitor and verify compliance of each obligor's loan covenants. The models are calibrated by the terms and language of each credit agreement, and structured to include the client's entire loan portfolio. This automation will reduce the time required to review a portfolio of unique facilities from days to minutes.
